Security monitoring and result system for the Albanian parliamentary election June 2009
Programe Shqip sh.p.k in collaboration with R & T sh.p.k. wich was contracted from the Central Election Comitee for the implementation of the monitoring system for parliamentary elections June 2009, projected and successfully managed this system, which consisted in camera monitoring systems and result data systems.

Head all the necessary settings to different devices and systems used for this purpose.
Managed the implementation of the central and across the country systems.
Made the necessary tests to ensure well-functioning of the system.
Developed the necessary software for laying and publishing the results in real time.
Provided support in each counting place with technician and operators during the conting process at all time.
Especially for this purpose it was built a closed national network for video and data transmission which connected all the counting places in Albania with the central monitoring center at the CEC.
